Joe Walterman

I am an Indiana native. I earned my undergraduate degree and my law degree from Indiana University in Bloomington.

I first started practicing law in 2003, later practiced as a partner at an Indianapolis firm, and founded this office in 2014.

Although I have practiced in many areas of the law, my work is focused on creditor rights and debt collection. As a boutique law firm, clients have direct access and can expect diligent service.

I am a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Johnson County Bar Association. I have presented many continuing legal education seminars for other lawyers on debt collection law.
